My wife and I searched for nearly 2 years with no luck. Until Kody and Naomi came about. We thought this home was going to be dream, as it was slightly out of our price range. After we gave an offer that the vendor wasn’t after, Kody continued to keep us in the loop with where our offer stood with the vendors for nearly 4 weeks. Not once did we feel pushed or mislead, like we had with previous agents from other agencies. Then, we got the phone call that our offer was being considered! It was like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Kody made it so easy to express how we felt about the process in tow and what the next steps were…we were completely clueless. Naomi then guided us through the rest of the process after Kody went on leave. I appreciate how well Kody and Naomi communicated with one another and where we currently were in the process. It remained smooth and undisrupted throughout. We appreciate Naomi for talking us through the rest of the process regarding deposits, inspections and settlement. Not once did we ever feel lost or misguided. Handover day was an absolute dream. We will forever remember how special Naomi made it for us. Between the housewarming plant (it’s still alive and thriving) and a small box of goodies to snack on during the move, 2 years of heartbreak suddenly became worth it. We’ll be forever grateful for Kody and Naomi’s guidance and expertise. We will definetly consider HEM in the future if we need to sell. Thank you again.
