''My wife and I have just sold our King Creek home through HEM Property. Our agreement with HEM was signed on 27th February and an offer was made by the successful buyer on 16th March and accepted. Contracts were exchanged 3 weeks later. The price achieved exceed everyone's expectations. Up until signing with HEM we had endured 6 arduous and stressful months of dealing with many agents in the Port Macquarie and Wauchope areas. Communicating, keeping promises and doing what they committed to do did not seem to be areas that were important or even necessary to any of them. I did not experience any honour and integrity in any of the agents I dealt with. One agent failed to contact me after three promises to do so. Another actually fired himself from an agency agreement I had entered into after a total lack of communication and effort. A third communicated our business with neighbours. To say I was sceptical when I first met Dave Evans and Andrew Meldrum is an understatement given my history in selling my home.
