Chloe Holmes
Reception
Chloe began her Real Estate career in 2022 whilst she was attending Newman Senior Technical College.
During her work placement, she started to gain skills in sales, property management and strata administration and basic reception work.
February 2024 saw Chloe join the HEM team as the first point of contact for our clients.
This change to an organisation where we all share a vision to create a modern, progressive agency where clients are the focus and innovation is embraced, has helped Chloe grow in her customer service experience and her ability to work in high pressure situations.
Being part of a team is important to Chloe and keeping herself organised and willing to give anything a go helps her offer customers a pleasant welcoming and she strives to help them with any questions or concerns they may have.
Being relatively new to the industry, she is not afraid to face challenges that may arise and loves learning about processes within Real Estate.
