Madi joined HEM Property in April 2025 and quickly became an invaluable part of the team. Since transitioning into the role of Property Manager,

she has continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants. 

With a solid foundation in leasing and a thorough understanding of residential property management, Madi assists clients with all aspects of managing their investment properties.

Her proactive communication, attention to detail and approachable nature ensure every experience is smooth, professional and stress-free. 

Madi provides high-quality service, that exceeds expectations and understands the importance of clear communication,

reliability and genuine care in property management. Highly organised and efficient, she takes pride in helping landlords protect their investments, whilst ensuring tenants feel supported and valued throughout their tenancy. 

A loyal and enthusiastic team player, Madi’s friendly personality and positive attitude have seen her become a trusted and respected member of the HEM Rentals team. 

Originally from Sydney, Madi made the move to Port Macquarie to pursue a career change and has embraced the coastal lifestyle. On weekends, she enjoys relaxing by the beach, camping, and turning up the volume to a bit of AC/DC.
